I was born 1969 in the
town Fagaras in Transilvania/Romania. Perhaps you already know
Transilvania because it is the home of Dracula.
The town Fagaras has
approx. 44.000 inhabitants and lies in a beautiful mountains
landscape. The mountains of Fagaras are the highest mountains in
Romania. The peak Moldoveanu reaches the 2543 m
limit.
I started with the
school at the german primary school in Fagaras between 1975 and
1983. After the primary school I have visited the
industrial high school
"Radu-Negru" in
Fagaras, where I made my Bakkalaureat diploma (in mathematics and
physics) in 1987.
After successful
entrance examination in the year 1987 at the university of
Timisoara/Romania,faculty for electronics and telecommunications,
first I went 9 months to the romanian military
service.
After the military
service I started with the studies of the electronics and
telecommunications at the university Timisoara in the year 1988. In
this time I visited also a student dancing school where I've
learned the standard and latino american
dances.
After 7 semesters at
the university of Timisoara, I went to Germany in January 1992.
First I have worked as electro technical assistant for the company
"Electro-Zwingmann" in Nuremberg. Then in May 1992 I continued with
the studies of the electrical engineering at the
Friedrich-Alexander university
Erlangen-Nuremberg. In
December 1996 I finished my diploma at the university
Erlangen-Nuremberg.
Since 1997 I'm working
in SW Development (Telecommunication branch).
